All Payments Are Non-Refundable

Due to the nature of digital programs, coaching services, and time-blocked consultations, all payments made are final and non-refundable.

Upon enrollment, preparation and strategic work begins immediately. Whether you’ve scheduled your sessions or not, our systems, resources, and calendar begin to align around your transformation.

Our Commitment to Delivery

We are fully committed to delivering the services outlined in your chosen offer. In the event of personal or professional disruptions, we will still honor your monthly deliverables and program commitments within the original contract duration.

Rescheduling and Credits

For 1:1 consultations and program sessions, you may request one-time rescheduling with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
If you have enrolled but are unable to begin immediately, your booking may be held as credit for up to 60 days, subject to mutual availability and timeline alignment.

Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:

Change of mind after purchase
Missed sessions or delays in participation
Personal schedule conflicts or lack of time
Partial engagement with the program or tools
Perceived dissatisfaction without following through on sessions or tasks
Downloaded digital guides or delivered content
